page. If the Get out user accepts that by registering his profile on
Yellowdingo.com that the fee will reflect the member package that is chosen.
Yellowdingo.com cannot guarantee that each listing will be active
immediately upon registration or membership. Yellowdingo.com reserves the
right to cancel a sellers listing at anytime without a refund. And
Yellowdingo.com services are rendered and fully satisfied without exception
based on the successful listing of the registrants plan, service, or
contract that is available for transfer. We disclaim any responsibility if
the user hasnt the proper credit requirements to engage in a successful
transfer of contract responsibility after the enrollment fees have been
authorized.
Get Out members understand and agree that
all information regarding the identity of the member is held strictly
confidential to any persons that have not registered with Yellowdingo.com.
For this reason no personal contact information (email address, phone
number, fax number, etc.) may be used in the public listing on the site. Any
information that is found within a listing that violates this policy will be
deleted without notice.
The listing fee is valid for the duration
of time stated in the package selected and may be extended at our
discretion. Yellowdingo.com reserves the right to cancel a Get In or Get Out
member or user registration at any time without refund if it appears the
registration is being utilized for marketing purposes or other improper
uses. Please note that Yellowdingo.com makes no guarantee concerning a
listing's availability or that the Get In or Get Out user will make any
effort to correspond with you.
IN NO EVENT WILL YELLOWDINGO.COM BE LIABLE
TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL
